At the start of the year, the science teacher gave the class a project about volcanoes instead of a test. Each group had three students. Zoe, Oliver and Sam were in one group. Zoe and Oliver worked hard. They read the textbook, made notes and built a small volcano in the school laboratory. But Sam did almost nothing. He sat and looked out of the window. "This is not fair," Oliver said. "We do all the work, and he gets the same mark." Zoe decided to talk to Sam. "Why don't you help us?" she asked. Sam looked down. "Reading is very hard for me," he said. "I don't understand the long texts. But I like drawing." Zoe had an idea. "Can you draw the volcano for our poster?" Sam drew for two days. His picture was amazing. On the day of the presentation, Zoe put the poster on the board, and everyone looked at it. Even the principal came to see it. The teacher gave the poster a perfect score, and the group got the best grade in the class. Oliver said, "Sorry, Sam. Drawing is a real skill." Everyone has a special ability. A good team finds it.
